2026
A self initiated design challenge created for Owen, a brand specialising in bicycle carriers for tow bars. The objective was to develop a premium digital campaign that communicates the product’s practical benefits while creating an emotional connection with people who want to explore more by bike.
The visual concept combines outdoor lifestyle imagery, bold product messaging, and a clean conversion focused landing page. The design positions Owen as a modern, reliable, and aspirational alternative within the bike carrier market, with a visual standard intended to compete with established brands such as Thule.
The campaign highlights key product benefits including e bike compatibility, a load capacity of up to 60 kg, and a 65 degree tilt function for convenient access to the vehicle. AI supported image generation was used to develop polished campaign visuals and create a cohesive premium world around the product.
Scope of Work
Product Campaign Imagery
These product visuals were created to present the Owen bicycle carrier in a premium and highly focused way. The first image places the product in a realistic nighttime setting, mounted on a vehicle and illuminated by its rear lights. The wet surface, reflections, and dramatic lighting create a sense of quality, reliability, and readiness for the journey ahead.
The second image presents the bicycle carrier in a controlled studio environment, giving the product a clear and detailed front view. The symmetrical composition, dark background, and red lighting accents emphasise the product’s structure, integrated lighting, and clean design.
Together, the images combine lifestyle storytelling with a precise product presentation, creating a visual direction suitable for landing pages, product pages, paid advertising, and social media campaigns.
Amazon Product Detail Page
As part of the Owen design challenge, I created a complete set of Amazon product detail page visuals to communicate the bicycle carrier’s most important features in a clear, premium, and conversion focused way.
The two examples shown highlight the compact foldable construction and the capacity of up to 30 kg per bicycle, including suitability for heavier e-bikes. The full image set also covered additional product benefits and buying considerations, using concise German copy, product-focused compositions, and a consistent visual system.
The goal was to make complex product information easy to scan, strengthen trust in the product, and give the Amazon listing a more distinctive, high quality brand presence.
